ABOUT DOU PRINTSTUDIO

Established in Ankara in 2019, Dou Print Studio is currently the only independent collaborative lithography studio in Turkey. Doğu Gündoğdu, founder and master printer of the studio, has been actively working on print making techniques since 2010. 

Inviting local and international artists working on different mediums, the studio allows both the artist and the master printer to form a new narration due to their unprojected encountered skill sets. The collaborative process works as a combination of technical background of the master printer and the conceptual approach of the collaborated artists.

Invited artists can work either directly on lithographic stones or work from a digital file, printed with plate lithography.
